Doing a fix up our houses has lots of ramifications. It's great for future for resale, it's important
for the mood as clutter and dated furniture/appliances has a depressing effect and it's a creative outlet for design and one's individual identity.
Here's a tip to help improve your home before you sell it. It doesn't have to cost a lot of money but can have a very nice aesthetical effect. Being conscious of things like the appearance of your entry way, adding a little bit of nice wood molding or some mirrors etc can make a big difference:
H Repair or replace the damaged or deteriorating parts of your bathroom. H Remove any visible mold growth with a quality cleaning product that is specific for that purpose. H If possible, keep the window open to increase ventilation and release excess humidity. H Replace or repair grout and caulking, and maintain it to prevent water from escaping.

Also to clean your home with a non-toxic, no dangerous ingredients product plus
save some money we recommend the Miracle II line of Products. They are concentrated
and you just need 2 teaspoons in a spray container you can get at a drugstore or walmarts
to clean your house.
Non Toxic Cleaner without Dangerous Ingredients. Great for helping allergies and removing mold too!
