Doing a fix up our houses has lots of ramifications. It's great for future for resale, it's important
for the mood as clutter and dated furniture/appliances has a depressing effect and it's a creative outlet for design and one's individual identity.
Here's a tip to help improve your home before you sell it. It doesn't have to cost a lot of money but can have a very nice aesthetical effect. Being conscious of things like the appearance of your entry way, adding a little bit of nice wood molding or some mirrors etc can make a big difference:
Moisture is inherent to any bathroom, and yet it can be a real pest for creating a grimy appearance, encouraging mold or mildew growth, damaging your decorating, and creating other problems.
Look around your bathroom, and ask yourself the following moisture-related questions:
H Are any of the finishes moisture-damaged? H Are there visible waters stains on any surfaces? H Is there any mold growth on any surfaces? H Is there any paint blistering or peeling? H Are there any swollen, buckled, or rotten surfaces? H Is any of the grout or caulking chipped, cracked, or peeling?
If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then go over the following plans of action that may be ideal for your bathroom issues.

Also to clean your home with a non-toxic, no dangerous ingredients product plus
save some money we recommend the Miracle II line of Products. They are concentrated
and you just need 2 teaspoons in a spray container you can get at a drugstore or walmarts
to clean your house.
Non Toxic Cleaner without Dangerous Ingredients. Great for helping allergies and removing mold too!
